Pre-Mission Planning
Principal investigators are responsible for ensuring that the following reports and forms are received by the center no later than 30 days prior to the mission start:
- Cruise plan
- Project participant forms (to be filled out by each mission participant)
- Participant waivers (to be filled out by each mission participant)
- Diving forms (if applicable). Note: These forms are must be received 45 days prior to the mission start.
