Pam Whitlock Named President of NCURA
Pam Whitlock, Director of Sponsored Programs, has been named President of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) and will serve a one-year term. NCURA is an international professional organization of more than 6100 members comprised of research administrators from every state and six countries. Prior to becoming president, Whitlock was elected vice president and previously served as a nationally elected board of directors member. She chaired NCURA's 48th annual meeting in November that attracted a record breaking 1900+ attendees. She is also serving her third year as faculty for the nationally recognized "Fundamentals of Research Administration" workshops sponsored by NCURA.
