ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSION 

Electronic submissions are being increasingly utilized by the federal and state government as well as private organizations.  This requires a change from the long accepted hard copy submission process.  Many electronic submissions are not designed for PI input and OSP submission.  As a result, if electronic submission is going to be used, please contact OSP as soon as you decide to apply for funding by way of the Intent To Submit form.  Close coordination of proposal creation is required to ensure the university is aware and has reviewed this type of proposal in accordance with our policies
