These zones provide more than 600 spaces and feature a lower price tag than the full-time commuter permits, to compensate for their off-campus location or location near the edge of campus. Park and Ride permit holders are restricted to their assigned Park and Ride zone lots from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
You can still park on campus after 4 p.m. and on weekends with a valid parking permit.* So when you're studying late at the library or attending an after-dark activity, you may move your car to a convenient campus spot.
*All parking on campus is by permit only. All permit holders are allowed to park in any non-reserved commuter, faculty or staff space on weekdays between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. and on weekends. Commuter permit holders cannot park in resident zones/lots (designated by these colors: Blue, Black, Brown and Gold) at any time. Rules concerning loading zones, handicap spaces, reserved spaces and fire lanes apply 24 hours a day.
