We use the following instruments to assess performance:

  • Performance Indicator (used in assessing an individual’s strengths and behavioral tendencies with regard to six critical job-related requirements.) The purpose of this information is to help you identify and make full use of your strengths, and to help you manage those areas that might be limiting your effectiveness. Areas include: productivity, quality of work, initiative, team work, problem solving and adapting to change. Also gauges how someone responds to stress, frustration, and/or conflict as well as measures motivational energy. The report helps managers understand how an individual is effectively understood, motivated, and managed. See attached for sample report.
  • ProfileXT is most often used to measure thinking and reasoning style, behavioral traits, and occupational interests for the purpose of placement, promotion, and succession planning. Various reports can be generated. See Sample XT report attached.
  • Team Analysis is used to assess each team member’s characteristics in the 12 key areas below. The resulting report spotlights the strengths each member brings to the team and how to capitalize on those strengths. The report also suggests actions the leader can take to improve the performance of all team members while increasing their effectiveness as a leader.
