The Office of Professional Education has worked with VESi since 2007 in conjunction with UNCW’s Watson College of Education. The Top 5 VESi courses for Education (2007-10) were Reading Fundamentals, Behavior is Language, Autism & Asperger's Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Attention Deficit Disorder. Course prices vary.
Ed2Go provides students with courses that can meet job requirements or lead to personal growth in a convenient and self-paced way. The Ed2Go course delivery system has been used at UNCW since 2002 for its online non-credit short courses. These courses can serve as an introduction to higher education and connect students to the university without requiring registering as a for-credit student. Because UNCW is considered a vendor for Ed2Go, we are able to offer these courses at a very low rates. The Ed2Go online test prep is offered at a cost of $89 for six weeks.
