is one of the big events of the year with over 90 organizations attending. All students are encouraged to walk through to meet with individuals about full-time jobs and internships. This event takes place during the fall semester.
The Resume Doctor Is In
is a program started in the fall of 2003. The Career Center staff are available to critique resumes and cover letters and to hand out information to students to get started. This program is offered twice each semester. It's a great chance for students to walk up and get instant assistance on their resumes and cover letters.
Law Careers Forum
is a panel program of different law professionals discussing their careers and law school. Students are able to ask questions to gather information. It is an annual event open to all UNCW Students.
is an annual event going over the do's and don'ts for business/interview dinners and social events. Students are served a six course meal while listening to Karen Thompson, the Business Protocol & Etiquette Professional. This program is open to all UNCW students, but is primarily attended by seniors. This event is held each spring semester.
Graduate & Professional School Day
is a fair to assist students in deciding on graduate schools and professional programs. Schools from around the Southeast are there to talk about their programs and hand out materials. This event is open to all UNCW students.
is held each semester with school systems North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Georgia looking to hire UNCW graduates. All education interns are required to attend. This event is open to all UNCW students and the community.
is our annual event for all nursing majors. Hospitals and medical centers from all around the state attend to speak to UNCW nursing students.
