Student Ambassadors: As Student Ambassadors our purpose is to serve as the official host of the University of North Carolina Wilmington during special events. We are an ENTHUSIASTIC group that promotes the "UNCW" way to students Past, Present, and Future. We are an elite group of students representing the best of the very best. Our primary duties and services include working with Chancellor Rosemary DePaolo, the Alumni Association, UNCW Advancement, the community, and prospective and current students; ultimately, volunteering our time and energy to promoting and serving the University.
Activities: Some of our activities include, but are not limited to: Welcome Week activities, assisting with convocation, assisting with Family Weekend,Oozeball, Midnight Madness, fundraisers, the Chancellor's events, alumni affairs and functions, tours for prospective students, families, and other visitors to the University, road-side clean-ups, pre-game socials, community involvement activities and fundraisers, weekend retreats, and the Ambassadors' annual district conference.
