Alumni Film Series

This series features works by recent UNCW Film Studies grads who created full-length movies using miniscule budgets.  These film showings provide an opportunity for current students to interact with recent grads who spearheaded and completed large, independent film projects. The filmmakers will discuss the challenges, mistakes and triumphs that they experienced with independent fundraising, securing locations, finding the right crew, casting, directing, and editing a feature film while conquering their self-doubts and fears.  These projects often feature a high percentage of UNCW students and recent grads who participated in the development and filming.
