Adult Learn to Swim
We can help you feel more comfortable about being in, on and around the water. We take a mature approach in teaching adults how to swim. Instructors are experienced and certified. Beginners classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, January 23 - February 18, 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., in the Trask/Hanover Natatorium. Intermediate classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, March 12 - April 7, from 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Class is limited to eight participants. Register at the pool.
Swim Training
Open to UNCW Student, Faculty and Staff. This program will give you 60 minutes of one-on-one instruction. Our certified staff can help you develop your skills and endurance. By appointment only (962-7758). Fill out a form and turn it in to the Campus Recreation Office, SRC Lobby Desk, or Pool Deck. Our instructor will contact you to set up your appointment(s).

Stoke Mechanics Workshop
These workshops will help you refine your swim stroke. Emphasis is placed on making you more efficient in the water. All ability levels welcome. Classes offered Tuesdays: Jan. 28, Feb. 18, Mar. 17, and Apr. 22, from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Aqua Fit Class
A 45-minute full-body workout in the pool consists of cardio and strengthening work of all muscles by using equipment (belts, noodles, and body resistance). Classes offered Monday and Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. during the Fall Semester at Trask Natatorium.
Seahawk Swim School
The Seahawk Swim School Learn to Swim Program will be running 4 two-week sessions during the summer of 2008.
