Conducted on a site your provide, the Team Challenge is a great way for participants to get to know one another in an informal, fun an dinteresting way. Our philosophy of "challenge by choice" ensures that every particpant has a positive experience.

| Half Day Low Course (Indoor or Outdoor) 4 hrs |
The low course takes place over a period of 4 hours and begins with a discussion of group goals and expectations. This is followed by a series of group games designed to better acquaint participants and prepare them for a fun, positive experience. Next, the group engages in a series of low course elements. Course elements increase in difficulty an usually present challenges that can be effectively met only through coperative interaction. Throughout the entire process, the group is allowed to share feedback and communicate openly in an enveronment of physical and emotional safety. A wrap-up of the day ties the experience together and facilitates the transfer of the shared experiences back to the participants' everyday lives.

Full Day Low & High Course |
The full day course offers the regular half-day low course outlined previously, with the added benefits and features of the high course located 35 feet above ground. After a shourt lunch break, the participants go through "ground school" and learn th finer points of belay technique, top-rope and static belay safety systems. The high elements offer a mental and physical challenge to the individual, as opposed to the group. THe support and encouragement the group offers on the high course is a result of the shared experiences of the low course.

Modified Low & High Course |
The modified low and hight course includes the full 4 hour low courses program and 2 hours on the high course, which includes the middle high elements located 35-feet off the ground and culminates with an exciting ride down the zip line.

The half day high course includes games, ground school and the high course program. Groups are encouraged to participate in a low course first, but this option is available to meet the busy schedules of groups. |
