Eastern Modality II: Dietary Therapy

A primer on oriental dietary concepts in general and Chinese Dietary Therapy in particular. This class will guide you through the concepts of how oriental medical philosophy views the digestive system, the Chinese food pyramid, best foods to eat and the most appropriate times to eat them, eating for the seasons and how to use food as medicine.

Eastern Modalities II is taught by Dr. Robert Kientiz, D.Ac. A licensed Acupuncturist with over ten years of experience practicing and teaching the philosophy and techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Acupuncture Colleges and to lay persons.
