Group Exercise

A variety of class times are available including times for early risers and those who prefer a late night workout. Classes vary per semester.

Hours may vary during Holidays, Breaks, Exams and Summer Sessions. Class times and type are subject to change based on instructor availability and class participation.

 

ABS: Abdominals and Back Strength

A class which may use just your bodyweight, stability ball, either on a mat or balancing equipment, to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles. ABS will help support your body in everything else you do.

Aqua Fitness
A 45-minute full-body workout in the pool consists of cardio and strengthening work of all muscles by using equipment (belts, noodles, and body resistance)

Ballet Fit Sampler
Improve your posture, flexibility, balance, and strength while creating a graceful physique. This class is designed to blend basic ballet techniques with modern fitness principles.

Cardio Hip Hop
A fun way to move to the latest beat! A cardiovascular workout with jammin' hip hop street moves. 

Core Training
Strengthen the core muscles using the Reebok Core board and BOSU trainer, hand weights, and tubing. Limited to 20 participants.

Core 101
New to CORE learn the proper form, techniques, and terminology for this class. This class meets once a week for 4 weeks.

Faculty/Staff Yoga
This full-body workout consists of postures, conscious breath, and relaxation techniques to enhance flexibility, muscular strength, and mental awareness. Equipment maybe used (blocks, straps). Limited to 10 participants.

Fitness Yoga
Full-body workout consisting of postures, conscious breath, and relaxation techniques to enhance flexibility, muscular strength, and mental awareness. Twenty-five participants only.

Glutes and Abdominals
Conditioning the lower body and tone the abs for pure muscle work. 

Hip Hop Street Jam
An awesome dance session combining the latest moves and hot new music!

Jazz Dance
Welcome to a great Broadway workout with jazz moves and cool tunes.

Kickboxing 101
Learn proper form, techniques, and terminology, once a week for four weeks.

Kickboxing
Non-contact boxing and kicking moves done to motivating music in a cardio class setting that will release the day’s tensions while burning plenty of calories.

Orientation to Pilates (Pilates 101)
If you are new to the fitness craze and want to learn the basics, this orientation is for you. Learn the proper form, techniques, and terminology for this class.

Orientation to Step (Step 101)
If you are new to the fitness craze and want to learn the basics, this orientation is for you. Learn the proper form, techniques, and terminology for this class.

Orientation to Yoga (Yoga 101)
New to Yoga learn the proper form, techniques, and terminology for this class. This class meets once a week for 4 weeks.
