Education Workshops/Fitness Events

Tai Chi

Enjoy the health benefits, deal with tension and stress, revitalize "chi", and learn to achieve physical and spritual well-being through the Chinese art of Tai Chi. This is an eight-week program limited to 12 participants. Pre-register in the SRC main office.
