Aqua Fitness 45: 45-miture full body workout in the pool consisting of cardio and strengthening work of all muscles using equipment (belts, noodles, and body resistance)
ABS 20: Enjoy 20-minutes packed full of a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the abdominals and lower back.
Ballet Fit 60: Improve posture, flexibility, balance and strength while creating a graceful physics. Designed to blend basic ballet techniques with modern fitness principles.
Belly Dancing 45: A great workout with this 45 minute cardiovascular belly dancing class.
Boot Camp 30: This class combines a series of athletic drills and strength training intervals to provide an energized workout – no choreography included.
Core 60: Strengthen the core muscles using the Reebok Core board and the BOSU trainer, hand weights and tubing
Cardio Hip Hop 60: Awesome dance combines hip-hop and aerobic conditioning for a fun, energetic workout
Happy Hour 30: T.G.I.F.! It’s the end of the week and time to let loose and have some fun. Get your weekend off to a great start with a fun exercise class! Workouts and instructors vary weekly.
Legs Only 20: A phenomenal strength training workout for the lower body, using a variety of equipment.
Pilates 45/60: A core conditioning class aiming mainly to improve posture and balance by strengthening the abdominal and low back area. May also focus on strengthening upper and lower body with your own body weight.
Step Crazy 60: Using the step for an array of choreography, this class is great for building cardiovascular fitness.
Step-n-Sculpt 60: Cardio plus muscular endurance, the best combination for those who want to work the cardio system and sculpt the major muscles of the body. A no-nonsense workout that includes 25 minutes of stepping, plus 15 minutes of upper/lower body strengthening with weights, bands and tubing.
Strength 60: Muscles strengthening and toning is an important fitness component, contributing to increased metabolism, bone density, and lean muscle mass.
Stretch and Relax 30: A 30 minute class to help you stretch tight muscles and mentally unwind.
T-Abs 15: A 15-minute class that consists of a highly concentrated abdominal workout. Focus is on all of the areas of the abdominal and lower back muscles.
Yoga 60: This full-body workout consists of postures, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance flexibility, muscular strength and metal awareness
Zumba 60: Get ready to experience a total body workout with the hottest rhythms like, salsa, soca, meringue, and even flamenco! Learn exclusive and fun Latin dance steps that create an exhilarating aerobic workout. All experience levels welcome.
