Carolyn is the chief officer in charge of the development and operation of the Campus Life department. This Includes oversight of services, programs, personnel and budgets necessary to operate the Campus Life Facilities and the Involvement & Campus Activities and UNCW Presents departments and Student Media. Phil Cooney |

Phil is responsible for oversight of the facilities and services in the Fisher Student Center and Warwick Center including the Information Center, liaison relationships with Environmental Health and Safety, Campus Police, Physical Plant and Facilities Management for smaller capital projects. Phil supervises the staff in Building and Production Services, and the Reservations and Event Services Coordinator. |

| Shannon is responsible for campus-wide cultural programming and resources, supervising six program areas that comprise UNCW Presents: Arts in Action Performance Series, Ann Flack Boseman Gallery, Campus Programs, Leadership Lecture Series, Lumina Theater and Box Office and Sharky's Gameroom. She oversees the administration of the office. Program Topics: Tthe Arts in Action Performance Series; Leadership Lecture Series; University Union Exhibit Series. |

| Jon supervises the Assistant Director and Office Manager for Campus Activities & Involvement in their support roles for the SGA and student organizations. He also advises the Student Government Association, coordinates and implements the UNCWelcome Program, and oversee the UNCWeekends initiative with other staff in the division and other areas on campus. | |

| Bill provides business management, training and advice to UNCW's student media. He works to develop and enhance the program overall and advises the Student Media Board. Bill acts as the liaison between Student Media and other populations on and off campus. Student Media is under the University Union. Sean supervises the Campus Life Office Assistants and provides administrative support to the Campus Life Operations Staff. He oversees the payroll for all Campus Life student employees and accepts student employment applications. Sean also handles the billing for all events that take place in the Fisher Student Center and the Warwick Center. |

Jeff manages the Student Building Manager Staff who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fisher Student Center, Warwick Center and University Commons. He works along with the Reservations team to advise groups about the AV needs for their events and manages the Student Production Technician Staff and Projectionists. Jeff also supervises the Student Development Coordinator and program. Presentation Topics: Advising about AV requirements and needs for any event. |

| Genille is responsible for advising our multicultural student organizations including PRIDE, the Black Student Union, Mi Gente among others, in organizational development, programs and leadership development. She also works with the Assistant Director to support initiatives that support all student organization such as the Student Organization Leadership Conference, the Involvement Carnival, student organization start-up and the fall registration process. | |

| Larissa is responsible for general advisement of UNCW's student organizations including re-registration, new organization start-up, the Making A Difference and Student Organization Leadership Award recognition programs, the Student Organization Leadership Conference, and more. She also advises the Student Government Association's Appropriations Committee, Elections Board, and the Inter-Organization Council and oversees the management of the Involvement Center and its resources, including the Involvement Specialists (peer educator student staff). | |

| Krista advises the student programming board, Association for Campus Entertainment (ACE), along with the graduate assistant, its executive board, general board, and committees - Spirit, the Big Spring Show and Comedy. Krista supervises Sharky's Game Room including staff and programming and the Lumina Theater Coordinaotor. She is responsible for the Concert on the Commons music series, the Spirituality series, and other general programming . Krista also helps coordinate and implement major campus events such as Midnite Madness, Homecoming, and UNCWelcome, with other UNCW staff and students.
