First, determine your Group Number:
Organizations wishing to hold an event at the Fisher Student Center and Warwick Center facilities are assigned a group classification for the purposes of fee pricing. You may determine which group your organization falls under using the criteria below.
| Group 1 | UNCW Registered Clubs/Organizations and University Departments |
| Group 2 | UNCW Departments charging admission or registration, or non-university organizations sponsored by University Departments in which department becomes sole contact and responsible entity for the event. |
| Group 3 | External (off campus) Groups |
Second, locate your Group Number in the following chart to determine the facility fee:
NOTE: Events scheduled with less than 7 days notice will result in a fee of $15 per hour (Groups 1&2) and $27 per hour (Group 3).
