Lynne is responsible for all aspects of the Counseling Center: budget management; policy development and implementation; public relations; and personnel. In addition, she provides counseling to students, conducts outreach programs and engages in consultations with the campus community.

Janet Camp, Psy.D.

Janet is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of Counseling Center clinical services, mental health crisis intervention, and consultation.  In addition, she provides individual, couples and group counseling to students, consultation services to parents/families and the campus community, conducts outreach programming, and maintains relationships with mental health service providers in the Wilmington community.

Jocelyn Buhain, Ph.D.

Jocelyn provides individual counseling to undergraduate and graduate students. She enjoys working on collaborative projects and initiatives that promote mental health in the campus community. She also supports the academic and career development of students and colleagues.

Jim Dolan, Ph.D.

Jim provides individual and group counseling services to students and consults with members of the campus community on mental health and student development concerns.  He serves on division committees and enjoys collaborating on projects and initiatives that enhance a student’s college experience and promote personal and academic success.

Presentation Topics:  Jim presents on a variety of topics including transition to college, stress and relaxation, mental health issues and concerns, student development, and LGB identity development and related topics.


Quinton "Bud" Edwards, Ph.D.

Bud is responsible for coordinating the outreach program for the Counseling Center.  He provides individual and group psychotherapy for students, presents programs on various topics, and collaborates with campus groups.

Presentation Topics:  Bud presents on an array of issues related to college student development, college student mental health, diversity, and other topics of interest to traditional and non-traditional undergraduate and graduate students.

Morgan Lewis, MSW

Morgan provides general, short term, counseling to invividuals and couples. His primary interests are in issues related to substance abuse/chemical dependency, family of origin, anger management, domestic violence and cultural/ethnic diversity.
