Community Resource Assistants are UNCW students who reside at several Wilmington apartment complexes and serve as a resource, advocate, and liaison for other student tenants.

 Off-Campus Housing Fair

The Seahawk Perch hosts a Housing Fair each February where Wilmington apartment communities, businesses and real estate agents gather under one roof on the UNCW campus for your perusal.

If you are looking for a roommate, moving off-campus or moving from your current off-campus residence, the Housing Fair is an invaluable opportunity!

 Residence Hall Presentations

Each spring, staff members from the Seahawk Perch host presentations in the residence halls for students who may be considering a move off-campus.
