A Message from UNCW's NSE Coordinator
To: Incoming NSE Students,
Greetings from Wilmington, NC!
I hope all is going well for you as classes draw to a close and your exchange to UNCW nears! We here at the University of North Carolina Wilmington are looking forward to the stay you have planned with us.
There is a lot that needs to be done between now and your travels from your current home to Wilmington. This letter and the side links should be useful to you in completing the majority of these steps. I will attempt to briefly explain the paperwork you need to complete prior to your arrival on campus. If you have any questions or are unsure on any element of your package, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have enclosed my office phone, fax number and e-mail address. Hopefully you will be able to find me through one of these media! However, I prefer email.
I encourage you to browse our web pages for the entire university. This should provide you with a little more information about UNCW.
I will try to be as brief but thorough as possible in explaining each of the necessary pieces of paperwork that you will need to complete and return to UNCW as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that you will return all forms and paperwork to Sean Ahlum in the National Student Exchange Office.

Information for Completing NSE Incoming Student Paperwork
- It is very important that you check your e-mail on a weekly basis. All correspondences from the NSE coordinator will be made via email. It is your responsibility to make sure you get your messages.
- All paperwork for exchanges occurring in academic year 2010-2011 is due in the UNCW NSE Office by April 30, 2010.
