Room rates include: rent, utilities, local phone service, internet, cable TV, housekeeping (except in the apartments) and security.
License Fee
The term of this contract is two semesters unless this contract is expressly approved by the Director of Housing and Residence Life or his/her designee for the spring semester only. The license fee is paid on a semester basis.
2008 Summer School Housing Rates
Summer School Housing wil be housed in Belk Hall (singles and doubles) and in two select University Apartments buildings (singles).
Single Room Rate $518.00 per five-week session
Double Room Rate $422.00 per five-week session
Students residing on-campus during Summer School will need to have a meal plan.
2008-2009 Housing Rates
Belk, Galloway, Graham, Hewlett and Schwartz
$1,975.00 per semester or $3,950.00 per year (fall and spring semester)
Double Suite, Cornerstone, Honors and International Houses
$2,235.00 per semester or $4,470.00 per year (fall and spring semester)
University Apartment and Single Suite
$2,391.00 per semester or $4,782.00 per year (fall and spring semester)
THE HOUSING CONTRACT IS FOR BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS. ROOM AND BOARD FEES ARE PER SEMESTER COSTS. Students entering into this agreement in the fall semester are liable for the room and board charges for both the fall and spring semesters. Refunds of room and board plans for students officially withdrawing from the university will be on a prorated basis with an administrative withdrawal fee.
