This is your resource.  Please take time to look through it and email your suggestions to me.  Should you have an announcement that needs to reach all staff, this is the place to do it.  You should check here for announcements from Housing and Residence Life at least twice a week.

Regarding online forms:

1.  Adobe Acrobat Writer, in addition to Acrobat Reader, is required for saving any changes you make to the downloadable forms (This means anything that you type onto the form).

2.  We have installed Acrobat Writer on the front desk machines of each residence hall as of 8/29/03.

3.  Please know that you will be unable to save items to the C drive of all front desk machines because they are locked with DeepFreeze to keep students from changing system settings. You must  save your forms  to floppy or zip disk.  

4.  Once you have have saved to a floppy or zip  you may attach your file to email and send to your RC.
