Returning Room Signup Process
Returning Student Sign Up ProcessIt's the time of year to be thinking about 2013–14 housing plans. In order to be eligible for on-campus housing, students must complete a housing contract and pay a $105 non-refundable housing contract fee five business days prior to their expected sign up or pull in time. Please be aware that housing contracts will only be accepted from returning students as space permits; in order to be guaranteed housing for the 2013-14 academic year, please complete a housing contract as soon as possible. Luckily for you, it's simple and entirely online!*

Seahawk Crossing, Seahawk Landing, Seahawk Village:
Students that sign up for lease-based Seahawk Crossing (2 & 4), Seahawk Landing or Seahawk Village should note that the terms of their lease agreement end on July 17, 2014 unless they select to live in lease-based housing for the 2014-2015 academic year (i.e. have a continuous lease agreement). Housing and Residence Life will facilitate room changes in lease-based housing through a transition process for students that select a different lease-based space for the 2014-2015 academic year.
