Summer @ the Dub Midday Music

Take a break between classes to listen to live, acoustic music at the Hawk's Nest every Tuesday from 11 am - 1 pm. The series runs every Tuesday through the end of Summer Session II.

The series features local and regional duos and bands showcasing a variety of musical styles, and often highlights UNCW students and alumni.

Kayak Sharks Tooth Island

This paddle along the Cape Fear River will amaze you! Locals call this old dredge spoils area Shark’s Tooth Island, and as the name implies, it’s easy to find tons of shark’s teeth here! Join us for an exciting paddle and an expedition to find a treasure to take home!
