This position is responsible for arranging academic accommodations for students with disabilities, support faculty teaching those students,  meet w/ students concerned that they may have a disability and make referrals for having those students diagnosed if appropriate.

Chris is available to assist students registered with Disability Services with the intention of developing stronger academic strategies and techniques including, but not limited to:  Content Reading; Note taking; Test Anxiety and Preparation; Assistive Technology Options; and Time Management.  He also schedules individual sessions in understanding an individual's disabilities and limitations that may result, issues involved in transitioning from high school to college, and self advocacy.
