Reservations for orientation cannot be made until you have paid the $100 enrollment fee.
If you make your reservation in person or by mail we will accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard. If you are signing up on the web or fax we can only accept Visa or MasterCard payments.
We will not accept reservations via email.
We must receive your reservation by the deadline.
No on-site walk-in registrations are accepted.
Please send your reservation one time only. If you fax us your reservation and also mail it to us, a double reservation is created (along with double charges).
To register on-line follow these instructions (You must use Internet Explorer to register on-line):
1. Click Here to Enter Seaport
2. If you don't already know your UNCW User Name, click on "What is my Username/UNCW student e-mail address?" Enter your social security number and your birthdate in the boxes provided. Your user name is your official UNCW email address. Your password is your 6 digit birthdate (i.e. 010188). Use these to log into SeaPort.
3. Click on the Orientation link, located on the left hand side of the screen. Follow the instruction to select your Orientation date and make your on-line payment.
If a session is full, you will not be able to select it.
It is important for you to remember your SeaPort user name and password. You will use this to register for classes and much more.
Please note - An orientation date can be changed only 1 time, and only if the session that you want to move into is open. If there is a price increase because of the change, you will be required to pay the fee at the time the change is made. Call the transition programs office at 910-962-3089 to make the change. You will not receive written confirmation of the change so please make note of who you spoke with and on what date.
