Planning Documents
With a new strategic plan comes a new series of planning documents for the Division of Student Affairs. These documents will enable student affairs practitioners to:
- align their departments' strategic goals with those of the institution and those of the division learning outcomes,
- purpose or re-purpose existing Student Affairs programs and services to reflect the learning outcomes and objectives articulated in the division's strategic plan,
- develop assessment plans for each Student Affairs program and service based on these articulated purposes,
- report key findings from these assessment plans,
- tie these key findings to budgeting decisions, and
- make recommended changes to programs and services based on assessment
findings.
