Postal Services for RSOs
All registered student organizations (RSO) have a mailbox located in the Involvement Center (FSC 2029). The mailing address for your organization is:

Mailboxes must be checked on a weekly basis by your organization. This is a main source of communication with student organizations. All printed materials, program announcements, memorandums and other information are disseminated through these mailboxes. Mail not collected after one month will be returned to sender.
All mail that you would like to send off-campus must be sent from the Seahawk Mail (University Post Office). Please contact the Campus Life Fiscal Assistant in order to verify the availability of funds in your RSO account and obtain your fund number. Be sure to include a return address and your organization's name and fund number on each piece of mail so that the postage can be properly charged to your RSO account.
You cannot be reimbursed for stamps or other postal services that are available through Seahawk Mail.
