Students who officially withdraw from the University on or before the
last day of registration (drop/add) period receive a refund of the
amount paid. Refunds are based on the date contained on the official withdrawal
form.
This refund policy applies to complete withdrawals from UNCW. Students who simply reduce their course load after the drop/add period receive no refund or reduction of tuition and fees whatsoever.
Students withdrawing after the drop/add period receive refunds as listed below. This refund policy only applies to course tuition and fee expenses, not special program fees.
