Summer bills will be issued May 1, 2012. Payment is due May 23, 2012. Non-payment of this bill by May 23, 2012, will result in summer I and II classes being cancelled.

Summer I registration closes at 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2012.

Pre-registration for Summer II ends Tuesday, May 22, 2012. All payments due May 23rd prior to 9 p.m.

Summer II registration re-opens Friday, June 1, 2012.

Students who register after SeaNet re-opens WILL NOT receive email notification of a bill. Check your account balance on SeaNet.

Summer II registration closes at 9 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2012. All payments due by July 3rd prior to 9 p.m.

Student Accounts

Tuition and fees are charged according to campus of the course (main campus or extension) and NOT student classification. When using SeaNet registration, please keep in mind that Extension courses are courses with section numbers 800 or higher and a campus of "EXT." Only these sections of courses are billed at the Extension tuition rates which are calculated on a per credit hour basis. All other section numbers are considered on campus courses and are billed as such. Ultimately it is the student's responsibility to know the different tuition rates.

The Board of Governors of the university reserves the right to change the charges for tuition, fees, and the room and board rate at any time without prior notice.

Payment Options

• Online - The Cashier's Office does not accept credit card payments by telephone. You may pay online through E-Bill using a Mastercard or a debit card with a Mastercard logo only (subject to a convenience charge of 2.75%). Payments post immediately.
• In person - Cash or Check payments may be made at the cashiers office during regular business hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or summer business hours: Monday through Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Remember to bring your student ID!
• By mail - Print the E-bill statement and mail payment to UNCW, Cashier’s Office 601 S. College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403-5926. Please allow 5-6 days for mail delivery. All payments should include the student name and ID number to ensure correct and timely processing.
