The summer is upon us and hopefully you’re concluding a successful year at UNCW. As you prepare to leave your on-campus residence for the summer and you’re preparing to get rid of all the furniture and clothing that you don’t want; we’re asking you to donate ALL worn or gently used items to a local charity. Below you will find addresses for organizations who will accept, and for some larger items, arrange a pick-up with you to donate your items. This effort is being spearheaded by the Housing and Residence Life Sustainability Initiatives Committee who wants you to LESSEN your environmental impact and landfill usage by donating items that can be reused.
