About Proctoring
University Testing Services is authorized to administer and proctor certifying and admissions exams including distance learning tests.
Test Time: usually 1, 2, or 3 hours. Longer testing block times are available.
Valid ID Form Required: driver's license, or passport, or military ID must be presented at the time of testing.
How to Register
Call University Testing Services at 910-962-7444 to select your date and time to test. You can also email your request to testingservices@uncw.edu. Advance appointments are strongly recommended.
Dates and Times Offered
Proctoring is offered Monday through Friday at 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm. Friday afternoon appointments are not available from the first week in May to the first week in August.
Cost, Refunds, and Reschedule Policy
The fee is $15 per hour and is payable to UNCW when the proctoring session is complete. You may use a credit card, checks, money order, or cash to pay. No refunds will be given. Reschedule your appointment by calling University Testing Services at 910-962-7444 least one business day in advance of your scheduled test date. Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of the test.
