About HESI

The HESI Test (Health Education Systems, Inc. Admission Assessment TM) was a computerized nursing entrance exam that was one of the components of the selection process for admitting students into the Pre-Licensure nursing program at UNCW. The HESI Exam included: Basic Math Skills, Reading Comprehension, Chemistry, and Biology.

The Test of Essential Accademic Skills (TEAS) test has replaced the HESI test as the UNCW School of Nursing entrance exam.
