Greetings from New York City!
We had a very busy February in the Teaching Fellows office with the Open House sponsored by the sophomore class and Regional Screening Day hosted by the freshman Fellows. I was grateful for, and impressed with, the excellent job done with the planning and implementation of these events. The classes, along with other wonderful TF volunteers and our outstanding staff (Amy and Lesley), put our best face forward and really made an impression on prospective students, their parents, and the members of the Selection Committees. I can't thank you all enough for the terrific job you have done in representing our program and UNCW so well. I could see during my visit that our program is one of quality and dedicated individuals who believe in what we do and who we are.
March has arrived and so does Spring Break and other great activities planned by the TF committees. It's time for summer and fall registration already! Elections are ahead and new and returning leaders will be asked to carry on the extraordinary work of this year's committees under the guiding hand of President Zack Grant. Keep up the great work and see you soon!

To my "Fellow" Fellows,
Spring Break is finally upon us!!!!! I never thought I would make it to this wonderful time of the school year! And, with Spring Break comes the fact that the end of the school year is right around the corner. As I near the end of my time as President, I am reminded of all that we have accomplished as a group. We held our annual Open House and Regional Screening events, both of which were very successful for our Teaching Fellows group and for UNCW. We have established more accountability, we have created a myriad of opportunities for service, and I hope that we have all gotten to know each other better. Continue to reach out and build relationships within our group ..... it's never too late to make a new friend!!!! Continue in your studies, continue changing lives, and continue making a difference. I hope all of you have a safe and relaxing break and I look forward to seeing everyone soon!!!
Sincerely yours,
-Zack Grant
