Recruitment Committee:  Anna Liles and Sarah Payne

The Recruitment committee had their last meeting at Dragon Garden Chinese restaurant.  Eleven people attended.  The committee recently provided volunteers for Seahawk Saturday.  In the future, they request additional volunteers for this event and other events that they will be participating in.  Currently, members are working on sending follow-up letters to the schools that recruitment packets went to over Fall Break, as well as interested students.  Committee chairs are hoping to set up supplies in the office so that students can drop by and help with this process.  Chairs also hope to make it mandatory for each member to participate in one event per semester.

Social Committee:  Lauren Bailey and Keith Wellmon

The Social committee met last Sunday.  They are currently working on planning a Bonfire for November 18th.  They also participated in the campus sponsored Halloween Carnival for local children.

Travel Committee:  Ryan Byrd

The Travel committee has decided to try to schedule meetings for Sunday nights.  They are currently trying to gather ideas for trips from each class.  They will choose an idea to begin acting upon, including completing a cost analysis.

SGA Representative:  James Jones

Our SGA representative wants to inform students about the upcoming I-print evaluation that will be going out to all students at the end of the semester.  Be sure to participate so that you will be able to let the school know how you feel about our new campus printing service.
