Presidential Address |
This time of year is always a time to be thankful. For me, I’m thankful that I survived pre-registration, that I weaned myself off caffeine, and that I can finally pack away my summer clothes! Seriously, though, I am also thankful for the hard work of Fellows who were out there recruiting for us in October, for the wonderful Schwartz Reunion, for the volunteer efforts of those working the Halloween Carnival for local children and other TF events. Most of all, I am very thankful for the leadership and hard work of Leigh Cohen, our TF President who will turn over the reins to Zack Grant in January. Leigh has done an outstanding job as President and has made an indelible mark on our program. Thanks Leigh! -KB |
Fellows, I hope that your October was super fantastic. Our Teaching Fellows council recently organized a Schwartz Reunion which we hope to make a tradition for our campus. We had a lot of fun socializing, eating pizza, and playing a few games. Also, a new Teaching Fellows council president has been elected. Zack Grant will be working with me to prepare to step in as our new president in the near future. Thanks for your commitment and involvement in our program. ~Leigh |
