Incoming Transfer Students - Changing your Date

Please choose your date carefully! There will be NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS. Be sure your reservation date is confirmed before securing and FINALIZING your lodging and travel arrangements. When registering on-line, you are confirmed only when you reach the final verification page that says "print for your records." Mail-in forms will take 10 days to confirm, please do not assume sessions are available until you receive final confirmation.

CHANGING SESSIONS MAY RESULT IN HIGHER COSTS INCURRED

Additions to Reservations

Most Parent reservations are made at the same time as the student.

After the initial reservation has been submitted, if you would like to add another person to the reservation, you must submit your request in writing. Include your students name, student ID number (850......) and session date in which they are registered.

Mail your additonal payment of $25.00 per person to:
