If TutorTrac is not working
If Tutor Trac is not working while you are in the ULC office tutoring a student:
Tutees
- Log In /Out: tutees should log in/ log out on a sheet at the front desk
- Missed Appointment Emails: inform tutees that they may receive Missed Appointment emails until the problem has been resolved.
Tutors
- Log In /Out: tutors should log in/ log out on a sheet at the front desk
- Session Notes: email session notes to yourself so that you can input the notes when TT comes back online
- Email Notifications: check your email frequently since the ULC staff will have to email cancellations manually until TT comes back online
