Staff Council Scholarship Endowment Agreement

 

About the Staff Council Scholarship

• A scholarship to assist permanent SPA and non-teaching EPA employees working at a minimum of ¾ time or their immediate family members (spouses, parents or children).

• The university employee must be employed for one full year prior to the first day of the semester of the award. 

• The candidate must be accepted into the University of North Carolina Wilmington, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be enrolled in a degree program.
  
  
• The recipient shall be selected based on need, academic merit, and campus involvement and service as determined by a review of submitted applications.

• Awards may be used for fees, books, transportation, child-care, etc.  The scholarship award is in addition to any tuition waivers that you may also receive.
