Obituary: Ralph Harrison Parker Sr.

Ralph Harrison Parker Sr., 76, of Southport passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017, at SECU Hospice in Bolivia. He began working at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1971 as assistant director of admissions. He later went on to serve as the dean of students and director of admissions and founded the Office of Minority Affairs.
