The Global P(a)late: Food in Ancient Rome
Robert Santucci, assistant professor in the UNCW Department of World Languages and Cultures, will present "The Global P(a)late: Food in Ancient Rome: Between Local and Global," at 5 p.m. on Sept. 29 in Discovery Hall 1070.
The event is part of UNCW's International Faculty and Staff Association's series on food and is co-sponsored by World Languages and Cultures and the College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts.
