I Shall Bring You to the Gardens Edge

The UNCW Cultural Arts Building Gallery will host an artist talk and opening reception on Sept. 17 for "I Shall Bring You to the Garden's Edge," an exhibit from Shabnam Jannesari, assistant professor of painting and drawing. The artist talk will start at 5 p.m. in CAB Room 2033 and the opening reception will follow until 7 p.m.
Jannesari is a distinguished Iranian artist whose work has been widely exhibited across the United States and internationally. Her work explores the struggles and resilience of Iranian women, addressing themes of identity, memory, and societal expectation.
This event is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be on display through Oct. 21.
