Eating in Times of Global Change
Dr. Dela Kuma, assistant professor of anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh, will present "Eating in Times of Global Change: Food Technologies and Daily Life in Southeastern Ghana" at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 15 in Discovery Hall 1070.
