P & A Flexible Spending Accounts Cybersecurity Issue

We want to provide a brief update regarding the recent P&A Group cybersecurity incidents. We continue to work closely with P&A Group as they investigate and respond to the situation, and we remain in active communication to ensure all necessary remediation steps are fully addressed.

At this time, we are continuing to pause all Integrated HR‑Payroll System (SAP/Fiori) data feeds to P&A Group out of an abundance of caution and in partnership with the NC Office of the State Controller. This pause will remain in effect until we receive sufficient assurances that our data is secure and that P&A Group has resolved the identified security issues.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work through this matter. We will provide further updates as they become available and will communicate immediately once we are in a position to safely resume data transmissions.
