Office of Student Leadership and Engagement

Hurricane Florence Recovery

As we head back to campus post Hurricane Florence, we understand that many members of our Seahawk family and neighbors have been affected in many ways including our beautiful UNCW. It's important to come together as a community at this time and as Seahawks we know you are always willing to lend a helping hand. It is the goal of the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement to keep you informed with various community resources and volunteer opportunities as well as give guidance to those with project ideas of their own to avoid duplication of efforts. We all have the same goal to help rebuild our community so let us work together!

Please contact Amanda Gabbard, Coordinator for Community Engagement at if you have any questions or to schedule an appointment to discuss your project ideas.
