Ashley B. Adams
Technology Trainer
As a Technology Trainer at UNCW, I specialize in making digital tools approachable, practical, and learner-centered. I emphasize clear communication, hands-on learning, and real-world application while developing reusable resources that support continuity of operations. These materials are designed to be accessible for learners and easily leveraged by colleagues across the team.
I hold a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, which complements my instructional design background in areas such as process optimization, training, and change management. I have applied these skills to develop sustainable systems and resources that support strategic goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, running, and spending time with family.
