Liyo C Bass

Liyo Bass serves as the FLAC Supplemental Pay Administrator within Academic Affairs Resource Administration at UNCW. In this role, Liyo oversees the administration and coordination of the Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) process, working closely with colleges, departments, Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and the Provost Office to support FLAC accuracy, training, and compliance.

Prior to joining Academic Affairs Resource Administration, Liyo spent three and a half years with the Cameron School of Business, where he gained experience in administrative and financial operations.

Liyo is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at UNCW. Outside of work and school, Liyo enjoys playing video games, casual biking, and spending time with friends.
