Applied Learning Operations Specialist
James Aaron Finch joined the Applied Learning Operations team in June of 2026. As an ALO specialist, he assists students with onboarding and compliance requirements for their internships, clinicals and field placements. Aaron is committed to student success and serves as the EXXAT Superuser within ALO. He works with programs across the College of Health and Human Services to ensure that students have met the requirements needed to complete their education journey.
