The Mainstage Theatre

The Mainstage Theatre's proscenium opening is 37 feet, with a height of 22 feet. The depth of the stage is approximately 40 feet with another 12 feet available with the pit cover that covers the orchestra pit. The height of the grid is 72 feet from the stage floor. There are 36 line sets. A full set of drapes and curtains, including traveler, black and white scrims, and a cyclorama. The theatre is equipped with a main curtain in a brownish velvet that is quite striking. Trim heights are adjustable. There is ample wing space on either side of the proscenium. Currently, we have five electric positions over the stage with two catwalk positions FOH, and numerous side slots available. The space features totally up-to-date lighting and dimming systems with complete range of follow spots, hazer and fog machines, projection equipment, and colortran filtration.

The Mainstage Theatre contains 300 comfortable seats and includes a balcony. All seating is unencumbered and offers a great view of the stage. You have a great sense of intimacy in this house. Handicap access and vantage points are plentiful and very good.We offer hearing assisted listening for the hearing impaired.

The SRO Blackbox Theatre

The Blackbox Theatre's dimensions pproximately 40 by 51 feet with grid height of 22 feet. The space is currently being retrofitted for lighting equipment, audio, drapery and permanent seating. The Blackbox Theatre has flexible seating and risers for each production.
