Group Fitness is a great way to get involved in Campus Recreation. Nationally certified instructors create a safe, effective, and fun exercise environment. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Choose from a huge variety of formats, we truly do have something for everyone!
Class Policies
Classes are scheduled throughout the day. Pre-registration is required for all cycle classes due to limited space and popular demand. For all remaining classes, pre-registration is encouraged. Pre-registration will allow participants to register up to 48 hours in advance. If a class has full pre-registration, you can still get a seat in place of a no show. Read our policies regarding pre-registration.
For safety, participants will not be admitted into a class after the warmup has been completed. The Department of Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel or change the class schedule at any time based on class participation.
